interpreting ourselves

Stefany is a Washington, DC native. She’s a storyteller, writer, and budding creative entrepreneur. She uses her introspective personality and wit to craft a narrative of the present moment in her projects that feels intimate and genuine. Her work is currently focused on the hyperlocal, highlighting the content and images of area-based brands and creatives. As a result, her photography is often featured on social media for local influencer networks like A Creative DC and BrightestYoungThings.

A self-described global citizen, Stefany is an avid traveler, and enjoys meeting others who share a similar passion. She’s a bicultural first-generation American and has lived and studied in the Czech Republic and Ghana in West Africa, couchsurfed in Granada, Spain, and ridden motorcycles to the beaches in Cotonou, Benin (among many other travel adventures, feel free to ask).  In her free time she’s probably planning her next vacation or adding new songs to her favorite playlist .
